1. Who we are
About SNOOFLE.
snoofle.co.uk is run by DNHUSTLE LIMITED, trading as SNOOFLE. We are a company registered in Scotland.
- Company number: SC764742
- Registered office: 56 Overton Mains, Kirkcaldy, KY1 3JN, United Kingdom
- Trading address: 56 Overton Mains, Kirkcaldy, KY1 3JN, United Kingdom
- Email: support@snoofle.co.uk
When we say "we", "us" or "SNOOFLE", we mean DNHUSTLE LIMITED. When we say "you", we mean the person using our site or placing an order.
2. These terms
When these terms apply.
- These terms apply to every order you place on snoofle.co.uk and to your use of the site.
- You need to be 18 or over to place an order.
- Our products are for you to give to your own dog, not for resale.
- Our Returns and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy also apply and form part of these terms.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
3. Our products
About our chews.
- SNOOFLE chews are complementary pet food for dogs. They are not veterinary medicines and are not a replacement for a balanced diet or for advice from your vet.
- Follow the feeding guide on the label: under 10 kg 1 chew a day, 10 to 25 kg 2, over 25 kg 3. Start with half a chew. Don't give more than the label says.
- Speak to your vet before giving any supplement if your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, under vet care or has a health condition.
- Allergens: all chews contain chickpea flour and yeast extract. Mobility and Calm contain peanut powder (xylitol-free). Check the full ingredients on each product page and label before you order.
- If your dog seems unwell after trying a new chew, stop giving it, speak to your vet and let us know.
- Store jars closed, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children and pets.
- Photos are as accurate as we can make them. Chew colour can vary a little from batch to batch, as the ingredients are natural. The label on your jar is always the final word on what's inside.
4. Orders
How ordering works.
- When you place an order, we email you to say we've received it. That email is not yet our acceptance.
- Our contract with you starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched.
- We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we can't deliver to your address, if there's a clear pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline it after you've paid, we refund you in full.
- Please check your order and delivery address carefully. If something is wrong, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.
5. Prices and payment
Prices and paying.
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where it applies.
- If you shop in another currency, the price you see is converted from GBP. Your bank or card provider may add its own fees.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We take payment when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
- If you pay with Klarna or PayPal, their own terms also apply to that payment.
- If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch so you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Discounts and offers
Codes and bundles.
- Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and can't be used after they expire.
- Unless an offer says otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.
- First-order codes, such as SNOOFLE15, are for your first order only and can be used once per customer.
- Duo and Trio bundle discounts apply to one-time purchases only and can't be combined with subscription pricing.
- We can withdraw or change an offer at any time, but we'll always honour it for orders already placed.
7. Subscriptions
Subscribe and save.
- A subscription is a repeat order that we charge and send automatically on the schedule you choose, until you cancel.
- Subscription orders get the subscription discount shown on the product page and free UK delivery.
- We charge the payment method you used when you subscribed, on or just before each delivery date.
- You can skip, pause or cancel at any time before your next order is processed, in your account or by emailing us. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- If the price of your subscription changes, we'll email you before your next order is charged, so you can cancel if you'd like to.
- Each subscription order is covered by our Returns and Refund Policy like any other order.
8. Delivery
Getting it to you.
- Delivery options, costs and times are in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control, but we'll always help you track down a parcel.
- Your order is your responsibility once it's delivered to the address you gave us.
- Orders outside the UK may have to pay import VAT, duties or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by the destination country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by you.
- It's up to you to check that our products can be imported into your country.
9. Returns and refunds
If it's not right.
The Snoofle Test, your right to cancel within 14 days, and what happens if an order arrives damaged are all in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 always apply. Nothing in these terms limits them.
10. Reviews and content
Reviews and what you share.
- Reviews must be honest, about your own experience, and must not include anything offensive, unlawful or personal information about other people.
- We publish genuine reviews, good and bad, as written. We may remove a review that breaks these rules, but we never edit a review to change its meaning.
- If you send us a review, photo or video, you give us permission to share it on our site and channels, with your first name and initial. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
- If you tag us on social media, for example with #snoofletest, we'll ask your permission before we repost it.
11. Our brand
Names, logos and content.
The SNOOFLE name, logo, heart chew design, photos, illustrations and text on this site belong to DNHUSTLE LIMITED. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission. Sharing links to our pages is always fine.
12. Our responsibility to you
If something goes wrong.
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
- We don't exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
- We only sell to people for their own private use. We're not liable for any business losses, such as loss of profit or business interruption.
- We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If that happens, we'll tell you as soon as we can and do what we can to limit the effect. If the delay is long, you can cancel and get a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.
13. Using our site
The website.
- We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to hack it, introduce viruses or scrape its content.
- How we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. The law
Which law applies.
- These terms are governed by Scots law.
- If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in England and Wales, you can bring them in Scotland or in England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring them in Scotland or in Northern Ireland.
- If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of your own country.
- If you have a complaint, please email support@snoofle.co.uk first. We'll do our best to sort it out quickly.
